We’re Ps Jonah and Tineke and it’s a joy to serve as the Location Pastors here in Rangiora. Our heart is that every Sunday feels uplifting, faith-filled and like a place where you and your family belong.

Ps Joe and Racquel Manase have been part of City Impact Church for 25 years and now serve as the Lead Pastors. Together, they have four children and a deep passion for families, the local church, and seeing people experience the reality of Jesus and find a church to truly call home.
Passionate about the Word of God, their heart is to build a church where His Word is preached with power, His Presence is experienced, and every person finds a place to belong, grow and mature in their walk with God.
Ps Joe and Racquel carry a bold vision to see New Zealand saved and transformed as people across our nation discover the hope, goodness and reality of Jesus Christ.

Services at the North Canterbury location are held every Sunday at 10:00 am and 6:30 pm.

Yes! Kids Church runs during the Sunday services and includes fun, age‑appropriate worship, animated Bible stories, and activities for kids from 1 year old up to School Year 6.
Yes, we encourage everyone to stay for coffee, conversation, and community after the service.
Absolutely! Our Location Pastors Ps Jonah and Tineke would love to meet you — and Ps Jonah even enjoys showing visitors around before the service.
