Drop off is available between 8:15am and 9:00am.
Pickup is from 4:00pm, and children must be collected no later than 6:00pm.

Children should bring suitable clothing for the day’s activities (please check the timetable), a hat, morning and afternoon tea, a large lunch as they can get very hungry, and a large drink bottle.

Yes. No peanut products are allowed, as we maintain a peanut-free environment for the safety of all children.

Yes. OSCAR subsidies are available for eligible families. For more information about eligibility, please visit the Work and Income website.

How do I apply for an OSCAR subsidy?
When registering online for Holiday Club, please indicate that you would like to apply for an OSCAR subsidy. After your registration is complete, we will send you an application form to complete and return. 

Do I still need to pay when booking if I’m applying for a subsidy?
Yes. To secure your child’s place, full payment is required at the time of booking.

How does the reimbursement work?
Once Work and Income approves your subsidy, you will receive a reimbursement of your registration fee, either partially or in full, depending on your eligibility.

How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made through your AimyPlus account using a debit or credit card.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
Please book your days carefully, as cancellations or unattended days are non-refundable.

Can one child attend in place of another on the same day?
No. Same-day substitutions are not permitted.
