City Impact Church Holiday Club is a well established holiday programme caring for school children from Year 1 to Year 8. Every day, we either head off on a fun offsite activity or have epic activities planned onsite.
Our staff make our programme fun, while still maintaining a safe environment for your children.
DROP OFFS & PICK UPS for all ages
Drop off is available between 8:15 – 9am.
Pickup time from 4pm and NO LATER than 6pm.
WHAT TO BRING
Children will require suitable clothing (please check the timetable), hat, morning/afternoon tea, a large lunch (as they do get very hungry) and a large drink bottle.
OUR NEW HOLIDAY CLUB PROGRAMME
We are excited to introduce a trial program during the first week of January Holiday Club, offering parents with two options. One program will cater to children aged 5 to 8, while a parallel program will be available for children aged 9 to 13.
Our goal is to create a Holiday Programme that can welcome more children while providing a customized experience for older kids. This includes a dedicated hub space and activities specifically designed to match their interests.
Please note:
1. Although both groups will be on-site together, they will be split for off-site activities.
2. This trial will run exclusively during the first week of the January Holiday Club. In the second week, we’ll return to our usual single-program format.

SUBSIDIES
When you register online for Holiday Club please indicate if you want an OSCAR subsidy. W&I and OSCAR subsidies may be available – check their website to see if you qualify for extra support. When we process registrations, we will send you an email with an application form to complete and send to OSCAR
Payment for Holiday Club is due before the programme starts. You will be reimbursed after OSCAR confirms your subsidy.
PAYMENT
- Please note that all payments for Holiday Club are required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments can be made through your AimyPlus account using a debit or credit card.
- Please book your days carefully, as cancellations or unattended days are non-refundable.
- Same-day substitutions (having one child attend in place of another) are not permitted.
