At City Impact Church Queenstown, our Sunday services are warm, welcoming, and full of life. They’re a place where people come together to grow in faith, build community and encounter God through worship and the Word. Here’s a little of what you can expect when you join us:
WARM WELCOME
From the moment you arrive at our Queenstown location, our friendly team is ready to greet you and help you feel right at home. You will notice our carpark team as soon as you enter. They are the ones in the high-vis gear. Just let them know it is your first time and they will happily direct you and answer any questions you have.
Once you have parked, head towards our Auditorium and Cafe. If you are not sure where to go, just ask anyone with a lanyard. They will be happy to help you.
DYNAMIC WORSHIP
All our services begin with spirit-filled praise and worship led by our talented team, aiming to create an atmosphere where you can connect with God. Expect loud praise, vibrant lighting and a joyful atmosphere as everybody joins in and sings along to the lyrics on screen, followed by powerful, Jesus glorifying worship songs. This is a moment to connect with God, feel the presence of the Holy Spirit and be encouraged in your faith.
ENGAGING PREACHING
Following worship, one of our pastors delivers a message grounded in biblical truth. Our teaching is designed to inspire, challenge and encourage you on your faith journey. We are a proud Pentecostal church so you can also expect times of prayer throughout the service where we lift our needs and the needs of others up to God. If you have a prayer need you can fill in a prayer request form. Just ask anyone in a lanyard or visit our Welcome desk in the foyer for help.
During every service, the preacher will do a salvation call and give people the opportunity to give their heart or recommit their life to Jesus.
KIDS CHURCH
At City Impact Church Queenstown, Kids Church is a fun, safe, and engaging space where children can grow in their faith, build friendships, and discover God in ways that are meaningful for them. With praise and worship, interactive Bible stories and age-specific activities tailored for children, we love seeing kids learn God’s Word and grow in confidence in who He has created them to be.

3–5 years
Over 5s
When you arrive, head to the Kids Church check-in area in our Auditorium building, where our friendly team (look for the Kids Church T-Shirts) will be ready to help, especially if it is your first time. You will check your child in and they will receive a registration sticker to wear. You will be given a corresponding number that you need to present at the end of the service to collect your child.
YOUTH
Junior High is the place to be for school years 7–8 on Sunday mornings. After worship, they head to their own dedicated space for a fun and engaging program designed just for them. Expect games, connection, and practical teaching that helps build a strong foundation of faith in a relaxed and welcoming environment. It is a great space to make friends, feel at home and grow in your relationship with Jesus. If you are new, just head down the hallway past the auditorium and our team will help you find the Junior High room.
Our Youth program for ages 11–18 runs every Friday night during the school term from 6:30pm. These nights are all about having fun, building friendships and exploring faith together. Expect high-energy games, great food, powerful worship, relatable messages and small groups where everyone can belong and be heard. Whether it is your first time or you have been coming for years, there is a place for you.

OUR FUN TRADITIONS, THE POLAROID WALL
Our version of a guestbook! Snap a photo, write where you’re from, and add it to the wall. It’s a favourite spot where we love seeing people from all over the world.
SKATE RAMP
One of the unique features of our Queenstown location is our on-site skate ramp, a space that is all about community, fun, and connection.
Whether you are an experienced skater or just starting out, the ramp is a place where people of all ages can hang out, build friendships and have a go.
From time to time, we host events like Ramp Jams, where the space comes alive with skating, music and food. These sessions are less about competition and more about participation, encouraging everyone to jump in and try something new.
If you are into skating, or just love a good community hangout, this is definitely something to check out when you visit.
