In 2022, 40 years after pioneering City Impact Church, Founding Pastors Peter and Bev Mortlock ordained Joe and Racquel Manase into the new role of Lead Pastors. The team is excited to build from ‘generation to generation’ with a vision to see every person encounter God, find their home in Church and experience the goodness of God.

Ps. Yedid Cano & Gustavo Morales
Ps Yedid & Gustavo are passionate about sharing the hope of Jesus and creating a space where newcomers feel seen, valued, and spiritually supported. Together they lead bilingual Christian services in Charlottetown, PEI, with a heart to reach the growing Latin and immigrant communities. Their vision is to build a vibrant, inclusive church where faith and culture unite to transform lives.
