Here To Help

Large enough to make a difference
and small enough to care.

ABOUT Here to Help

In 2020 our Community Project grew to include our ‘Here to Help’ initiative where we helped with groceries and food during the lockdown period. We aimed to help our community on a case by case basis during a time of uncertainty. Here to Help is still running, and we are excited about how we can continue to help our community out of lockdown.

If you would like to get involved with making meals or delivering them for our Auckland community – we would love to hear from you! Join our Facebook group to get started.

Or alternatively if you would like to give financially towards ‘Here to Help’ – you can do so through Pushpay.

All our initiatives look to practically help our communities. If you want to refer someone or even if you need some help yourself, please fill out our referral form.

HEAR FROM OUR COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Mary-Kath Laita

Known by many families as "Aunty Mary-Kath", she has been working in the community since 2008. In a normal week you will see Mary-Kath representing City Impact Church out on the road, meeting with families across Auckland, attending community meetings to stay in the know with local issues, co-ordinating food, clothing, furniture deliveries and preparing for Community Impact Days.
