City Impact Church Holiday Club is a well-established holiday programme caring for school children from Year 1 to Year 8. Every day, we either head off on a fun offsite activity or have epic activities planned onsite.
Our staff make our programme fun, while still maintaining a safe environment for your children.
DROP OFFS & PICK UPS for all ages
Drop off is available between 8:15 – 9am.
Pickup time from 4pm and NO LATER than 6pm.
WHAT TO BRING
Children will require suitable clothing (please check the timetable), a hat, morning/afternoon tea, a large lunch (as they do get very hungry), and a large drink bottle. Please note: No peanut consumption is allowed.
OUR NEW HOLIDAY CLUB PROGRAMME
We are excited to continue offering two program options in our upcoming Holiday Club! One program will be designed for children aged 5 to 7, while a parallel program will be available for children aged 8 to 13.
Our goal remains to create a Holiday Programme that welcomes more children while providing a customized experience for older kids. This includes a dedicated hub space and activities tailored to their interests.
Please note:
- Although both groups will be on-site together, they will be split for off-site activities.

SUBSIDIES
OSCAR subsidies are available for eligible families. Please visit the Work and Income website for more details.
When registering online for Holiday Club, please indicate if you would like to apply for an OSCAR subsidy. To secure your child’s place, full payment is required at the time of booking. After your registration is complete, we will provide you with an application form to fill out and return to us.
Once Work and Income approves your subsidy, you will receive a reimbursement for your registration fee (either partial or full, depending on eligibility).
PAYMENT
- Please note that all payments for Holiday Club are required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments can be made through your AimyPlus account using a debit or credit card.
- Please book your days carefully, as cancellations or unattended days are non-refundable.
- Same-day substitutions (having one child attend in place of another) are not permitted.
