Administrator - city impact church school

City Impact Church School is seeking an organised and highly capable Administrator to join our school team. This is a key role that supports the smooth day-to-day running of the school by working closely with School Leadership, staff, students, and families.

The Administrator is responsible for a wide range of duties, including front office reception, managing enquiries and enrolments, handling communication with families, preparing reports, and overseeing the school’s online uniform shop, along with other general administrative tasks. Experience in marketing or communications would be an advantage.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, has strong attention to detail, is confident using digital systems, and enjoys being part of a friendly, people-focused school community. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a warm, professional manner are essential.
