LEAD PASTORS

Pastors Joe and Racquel Manase have been Lead Pastors of City Impact Church, since July 2022 when Pastors Peter and Bev transitioned from Senior Pastors to Founding Pastors. 

Pastors Joe and Racquel have been part of City Impact Church for almost 20 years and part of the Leadership Team for over a decade. They have been involved in many areas of Ministry including leading Youth Ministry and pioneering the plant of the Westgate Campus. They are passionate about building God’s Church and are excited for the future of the body of Christ in New Zealand.

Married for more than 10 years they have four beautiful children; Florence, Sophia, Archer and Poppy. Joe was brought up in Auckland, and Racquel came to New Zealand with her family from South Africa when she was 15 years old. 

Pastors Joe and Racquel are honoured to build upon the 40-year legacy of City Impact Church. They know they are called for this generation, to take City Impact Church into the next season. Their vision is to see every person encounter God, find their home in Church and experience the goodness of God.
