17 Days of Prayer – Day 8

Israel is a special nation to God and He commands us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. God promises that those who bless Israel, will be blessed and those who curse Israel, will be cursed. There is an incredible ministry reaching out to Jews called ‘Jews for Jesus’, as well as ‘Be’ad Chaim’ – an organisation helping Israeli women and men save unborn babies and choose life.

Today we are praying for:

• Peace and protection over Israel
• The reality of Jesus to be evident – for salvations, miracles and breakthrough
• Greater influence for the Jews for Jesus programme, to reach more Jews with the gospel message
• Greater influence for the Be'ad Chaim programme, to save more unborn babies 

Psalms 122:6-7
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure.
May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.”

Genesis 12:2-3
I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.
