Goods returns policy:
 
Prior to returning products, a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number must be obtained by contacting City Impact Church Toolshop withing three (3) working days of the date we sent the goods. Please have the following information available when calling for an RGA number: customer name, invoice number, date of invoice and nature of problem. RGA numbers are valid for five (5) working days after issue. This number must be visible on the address label. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
 
or Credit to Be Given: - All items must be returned within 5 (five) working days of the date we sent the goods in order to issue full credit or replacement - Products should be returned in original unopened packaging - Products must be returned in same condition as when shipped - Product must not have expired - Return must include a copy of invoice or be accompanied with an invoice date and number - Product must not have been purchased on Monthly Special or on any other offer featuring short dated product - Product must not have been a special order item
 
All returns must have an RGA number on the address label to be eligible for credit and must be returned by courier at purchaser's cost, who assumes all risk. CIty Impact Toolshop does not issue credit for returns not received and is not responsible for tracking returned products. CIty Impact Toolshop will not reimburse any courier costs.
